How often do audiences refresh?

Audiences sync weekly, aligned with the Coordinator Brief cadence. As new companies are identified on your catering page, they're added to all three platform audiences on the next sync cycle.

What is click-through ROAS and why does it matter?

Click-through ROAS counts only conversions where someone clicked your ad and then placed a catering order. View-through ROAS — the default for most platforms — credits any conversion that happened after someone saw an ad, even if they never clicked it. That inflates results significantly. We report click-through only.

How many contacts will be in my audiences?

Audience size depends on your catering page traffic and the mix of corporate vs. residential visitors. Most operators in mid-size markets see 400–1,200 matched contacts across platforms within the first four weeks.
